10am to 1pm and 3pm to 7pm (monday to thursday
10 am to 1pm and 3pm to 9pm (Friday and saturday. Sunday 10am to 1pm
Mat work
Monday Wednesday Friday 7am, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday 8am. Monday,Wednesday 7.30 pm. Tuesday and Thursday 7pm.

Zumba

Saturday 5.30pm

GYM

Monday to Saturday 6am to 1pm again 4 pm to 9pm
