Origin

Pilates has an interesting origin. Joseph Pilates developed the pilates method as a new approach to exercise and body conditioning. Pilates gained popularity for its precision, flexibility, and core strength.

CLASS SCHEDULE

Reformer pilates timings
10am to 1pm and 3pm to 7pm (monday to thursday
10 am to 1pm and 3pm to 9pm (Friday and saturday. Sunday 10am to 1pm
Mat work
Monday Wednesday Friday 7am, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday 8am. Monday,Wednesday 7.30 pm. Tuesday and Thursday 7pm.

Zumba

Saturday 6pm and sunday 11am

GYM

Monday to Saturday 6am to 1pm again 4 pm to 9pm
