I have been working out with Shrabonti for the last few months. I have done pilates, stregnth training with with many other trainers but I can confidently say Shrabonti is the best so far for me. She has unique methods of training, is extremely particular that we get the posture correct, she is punctual and diligent and never wastes even a second in chitchat. Shrabonti's techniques are unusual and very effective vs what we typically learn from apps and other pilate trainers. Thank you Shrabonti for being a sincere and amazing trainer for me.

The trainer is really good. She knows what she is teaching and ensures that you do not injure yourself in the process. Also the facility is brand new, with all necessaru equipments. Anybody olanning to start yoga,pilates or gym should surely visit the place.

10am to 1pm and 3pm to 7pm (monday to thursday
10 am to 1pm and 3pm to 9pm (Friday and saturday. Sunday 10am to 1pm
Mat work
Monday Wednesday Friday 7am, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday 8am. Monday,Wednesday 7.30 pm. Tuesday and Thursday 7pm.

Zumba

Saturday 6pm and sunday 11am

GYM

Monday to Saturday 6am to 1pm again 4 pm to 9pm
