Big thank you everyone to visit our page. This site will give informations about  pilates , Yoga, Gym and Zumba training. I have specialisation in pilates. I teach reformer and mat pilates both here. Also we have  above mentioned classes. We are dedicated, passionate, responsible for your training. We look after lifestyle change and diet also. CLASS SCHEDULE

Reformer pilates timings
10am to 1pm and 3pm to 7pm (monday to thursday
10 am to 1pm and 3pm to 9pm (Friday and saturday. Sunday 10am to 1pm
Mat work
Monday Wednesday Friday 7am, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday 8am. Monday,Wednesday 7.30 pm. Tuesday and Thursday 7pm.

Zumba

Saturday 6pm and sunday 11am

GYM

Monday to Saturday 6am to 1pm again 4 pm to 9pm
