Hello, my name is Shrabonti. My specialisation is Pilates and Yoga training for 10 years in the field and my training was for 5 years. Traditional and Modern Pilates training are intensive and rigorous to which I apply the Basi Pilates (UK) teaching method. We focus on improving physical strength, flexibility and overall body alignment and last but not least our main attraction, using the unique methods to activate the core strength. Our Yoga classes are as good as Pilates and we have a studio in New Ballygunge, which is in the heart of Kolkata. Our online classes spread all over the world with flexible timings and our studio open 7 days a week.
