“Open your heart, trust your breath, and let your body bloom
Simple movements can be more useful than hard postures struggling doing harm to your body. Use props and listen to your body. Our body can tell what is right for us. When we are doing yoga or pilates a few things are very common.
Concentration and involvement : More you are into yourselves more your movements will be flawless. That's why some people can do challenging exercise easily because they can merge themselves with their inner awarness.
Giving time-
Give time time to yourselves when you are learning something. Do not be impatient immediately because your energy, awarness are within you , it takes time to emerge. Your patience is your strength.
Guidance:
Guidance is another component we can't ignore.
You need a mentor or teacher to guide you through. Your precious time will be utilise when you are in right hand.
Importance:
When you will give time to something worthful you will start knowing your own value. If you don't know your value you won't know others value also.
In every gentle backbend, we release the past and create space for new energy.
Move with grace. Grow with patience. 🌸”
