Pilates is all about controlled movemets. Do not try to be to fast even though you are fast learner. If you flow with the rethym your muscles will work from deep within.

Monday Wednesday Friday 7am, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday 8am. Monday,Wednesday 7.30 pm. Tuesday and Thursday 7pm.

Zumba

Saturday 6pm and sunday 11am

Monday to Saturday 6am to 1pm again 4 pm to 9pm
